Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (In accordance with European regulations)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your first Box. To exercise this right, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Conditions:
    • The Box must be returned intact and in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • The refund will only include the price of the returned Box (excluding initial shipping fees).

Exception: Perishable, personalized, or opened products are not eligible for a refund.

2. Returns (Defective Products or Order Errors)

If a product is defective or you received the wrong order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
To process your request, please provide:

  • A photo or video of the defective product or Box.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Possible Solutions:

  • Replacement product shipment.
  • Refund for the defective product.

Important Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from customer service.

3. Subscriptions (Cancellations and Refunds)

Our subscriptions (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) are automatically renewed at the end of each cycle. Policies are as follows:

  • Cancellation before renewal:
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal by logging into your customer account or contacting our customer service.
  • Cancellation after renewal:
    • Once the payment for the next cycle is processed, no refund will be issued. You will continue to receive your Boxes until the end of the current cycle.

4. Returns for Multiple Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription, Boxes already shipped are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, you can cancel upcoming cycles before their renewal.


5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at myglowcarebox@gmail.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return address and necessary instructions.
  3. Carefully package the Box to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Returns must be made through a carrier offering tracking services. We are not responsible for lost packages.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.


7. Coaching and Personalized Support Services

7.1 No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, coaching and personalized support services provided by the company, once initiated with the Client’s consent, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The Client expressly waives this right when validating their registration or purchase.

7.2 Refund Conditions

  • Services not started: If the Client cancels a coaching or support service before it begins, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • Services in progress or completed: No refund will be issued once the service has begun, whether for individual sessions or full programs.

7.3 Liability

Coaching and personalized support are services based on a best-effort obligation. The company cannot be held responsible for:

  • Results not meeting the Client’s expectations.
  • Consequences arising from non-implementation of the provided recommendations.

Clients acknowledge that these services are meant to complement, not replace, medical advice or treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals. If in doubt about their health, Clients should consult a physician before applying recommendations.

7.4 Complaints

No complaints will be accepted if:

  • The Client has not followed the provided recommendations.
  • Expected results were not achieved due to external or personal factors beyond the company’s control.
