Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We offer shipping for our Boxes and products to a wide range of locations, including:

  • Metropolitan France
  • Corsica
  • French Overseas Departments and Territories
  • Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain
  • Other countries upon request.
    If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service to check shipping availability.

2. Delivery Terms – Subscription Boxes

  • Subscription Boxes are shipped monthly between the 15th and 25th of the month, subject to availability.
  • Boxes will be delivered to the address provided in your customer account during registration.
  • For address changes, you must update your details in your account at least 15 days before the start of the billing cycle.
  • Returned parcels:
    • If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it, we will reship it at your expense.
    • If the parcel is returned again, no further shipment will be made, and no refund will be issued.

3. Delivery Terms – Retail Store (E-Shop)

  • Orders placed via our e-shop are shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
  • If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service.
  • In case of a lost or undelivered parcel, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

4. Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options tailored to your needs:

Colissimo

  • Home delivery within 2 to 3 business days for metropolitan France.
  • Delivery outside metropolitan France within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If dimensions permit, the parcel will be left in your mailbox. For larger parcels, a delivery notice will be provided.

5. Delivery Timeframes

After shipment, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Colissimo (Metropolitan France): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Colissimo (Outside Metropolitan France): 5 to 7 business days.

Important Note: The above timeframes are indicative and may vary due to specific periods (sales, holidays, strikes, etc.).

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and your location.
  • For subscriptions, shipping fees are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel's progress directly on the carrier’s website (Colissimo or Mondial Relay if applicable).

8. Coaching and Personalized Support Services

8.1 Service Nature

Coaching and personalized support services provided by the Company are digital services (consultations, personalized follow-ups, online advice). These services do not require physical delivery unless combined with products included in a Box.

8.2 Service Availability

Coaching services are accessible via:

  • Online appointments or phone calls.
  • A dedicated space on the Website or a communication method agreed upon by both parties.

Once the service has been delivered or the first session initiated, refunds are not possible unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Products Linked to Services

When coaching or personalized support includes shipped products:

  • Products will be delivered following the standard shipping policy.
  • Delivery delays or issues with the products do not affect the coaching service, which is independent of physical delivery.

8.4 No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and personalized support are advisory services. The Company commits to providing these services with care and professionalism but does not guarantee specific results. Recommendations provided do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatments.

No refunds or compensation will be granted if expected results are not achieved.
