Cancellation Policy for Subscription Options
1. Subscription Cancellations
1.1 Non-committal Subscription (Monthly)
- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time via their online customer account or by contacting customer service at myglowcarebox@gmail.com.
- Cancellations will take effect for the following billing cycle:
- If the request is made before the last day of the current month, no charges will be applied for the next month.
- If the request is made after the last day of the current month, the next month’s box will be charged and shipped before the subscription is stopped.
1.2 Committed Subscriptions (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual)
- Committed subscriptions are signed up for a fixed term and cannot be canceled before the end of the initial commitment period, except in the following cases:
- Force majeure (with supporting documentation).
- Extended delivery failure attributable to the Company.
Automatic Renewal:
- Committed subscriptions are automatically renewed for an identical period unless a cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days before the renewal date.
Early Termination:
- In the event of early termination, the remaining boxes will not be refunded and will continue to be shipped until the end of the initial period.
2. Cancellations for One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases made via the e-shop (excluding subscriptions) cannot be canceled after the order confirmation, except in the following cases:
- Defective product (see Return and Refund Policy).
- Error attributable to the Company (e.g., incorrect product).
For cancellation requests made before product shipment, a refund may be issued, less any applicable administrative fees.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, follow these steps:
- Access your customer account: Log in to your account at http://myglowcarebox.com and navigate to the "My Subscription" tab.
- Email submission: Alternatively, you can send your request to myglowcarebox@gmail.com, including your order or subscription number.
- Confirmation: A written confirmation will be sent to you via email once your request is processed.
4. Effects of Cancellation
- Monthly Subscriptions: The subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Committed Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for unused boxes or services.
- One-Time Purchases: Orders that have been confirmed and shipped cannot be canceled.
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
5.1 Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
If you are unable to continue your subscription due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., death, serious illness), please contact customer service with the necessary documentation. Early cancellation or subscription postponement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment or a banking issue, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription without prior notice. Boxes shipped before cancellation remain payable.
