Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "TCS") govern the entire relationship between:
- The Company: Owner of the website http://myglowcarebox.com (hereinafter "the Website"), specializing in the sale and delivery of monthly, bi-monthly, or limited-edition boxes.
- The Client: Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase or subscribe to a subscription on the Website.
By validating an order or subscription, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these TCS. These TCS are accessible at any time on the Website and may be modified by the Company; the applicable TCS are those in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 2 - SERVICES OFFERED
The Company provides two main services:
- Subscription Service: Recurring delivery of boxes containing beauty, glow, and wellness products, based on the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
- Retail Service (e-shop): One-time purchase of boxes or products available in limited editions.
The contents of the boxes are exclusively determined by the Company and may vary depending on product availability and the theme of the month.
ARTICLE 3 - GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
Delivery services are available in the following regions:
- Metropolitan France, Corsica, French Overseas Territories

Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, and other European countries

ARTICLE 4 - LEGAL CAPACITY
By validating an order or subscription, the Client declares they have the legal capacity to contract, either being at least 18 years old or being authorized by their legal representative.
ARTICLE 5 - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
5.1 Plans Offered
The Company offers several subscription plans:
- Monthly with no commitment: Automatic billing every month, cancelable at any time.
- Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual with commitment: Prepaid or staggered billing based on the plan.
5.2 Renewal
Committed subscriptions are automatically renewed at their expiration, unless canceled by the Client at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.
5.3 Cancellation
Subscriptions without commitment can be canceled at any time via the "My Account" section. For committed subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current commitment period.
5.4 Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate information (delivery address, contact details, etc.). Any error leading to non-delivery or return of the box will not hold the Company liable.
ARTICLE 6 - RETAIL SALE TERMS
Products sold via the e-shop are available while supplies last. In case of unavailability, the Client will be notified promptly and may opt for a refund or a replacement product.
ARTICLE 7 - PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
7.1 Pricing
All prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery fees are specified at the time of the order. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without retroactive effect on previously validated orders.
7.2 Payment Methods
Payments are made by credit card via a secure platform. No banking information is stored by the Company.
ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY
8.1 Deadlines
- Subscription boxes: Shipped between the 15th and 25th of each month.
- Retail products: Shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
8.2 Delivery Methods
- Colissimo Metropolitan France: Home delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
- Colissimo outside Metropolitan France: Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
8.3 Returned Packages
In case of a return due to an incorrect address or non-retrieval, the Client will bear the cost of a second delivery. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages.
ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the Client's responsibility.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products, particularly if the expected results are not achieved. In case of a proven defect, the Company’s liability is limited to replacing or refunding the defective product.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
Information collected during orders or subscriptions is necessary for order management and customer service. In compliance with GDPR, the Client has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting the Company at myglowcarebox@gmail.com.
ARTICLE 12 - FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be held responsible for the failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
ARTICLE 13 - DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
In case of a dispute, the Client may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L611-1 to L616-3 of the Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 14 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without the Company’s written consent.
ARTICLE 15 - CHANGES TO TCS
The Company reserves the right to modify these TCS. In case of modification, the applicable TCS will be those in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 17 - COACHING AND PERSONALIZED SUPPORT SERVICES
17.1 Nature of the Services
The coaching and personalized support services offered by My Glow & Care Box aim to guide and advise clients in their journey toward well-being, nutritional balance, and/or skincare. These services include:
- Personalized recommendations based on the information provided by the client (habits, goals, etc.).
- Individualized support to help integrate suggested products and routines.
17.2 Obligation of Means
The Company undertakes to provide its services with professionalism and diligence. However, coaching and personalized support are based on an obligation of means, not results. The Company does not guarantee specific results, as these depend on numerous external factors, such as:
- The client's involvement.
- Adherence to the provided recommendations.
- The client's personal and environmental conditions.
17.3 Adherence to Recommendations
The client acknowledges that the advice provided as part of the coaching and personalized support services must be followed in full to maximize their effects. If the recommendations are not adhered to, no complaints or refund requests will be accepted.
17.4 Medical Consultation
The services provided do not replace medical advice or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional. The Company strongly encourages its clients to consult a physician before starting any program, particularly in cases of:
- Pre-existing medical conditions.
- Pregnancy.
- Ongoing medical treatments.
The Company cannot be held liable for health issues related to the use of products or the advice provided, especially if no prior medical consultation has been conducted.
17.5 Limitation of Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for:
- Any direct or indirect harm resulting from the use of recommendations or associated products.
- Failure to meet the client’s expectations.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client during the consultation.
